By contracting to H-ELP Systems we can:
- conduct an assessment of your existing contracts, policies and procedure and appraise them against current statutory requirements and best business practice;
- Provide contracts, policies and procedures to handle all aspects of the employment relationship or contracted services, and health & safety;
- Hold regular meetings to review and advise on any employment and health & safety issues;
- Provide a regular Newsletter with information on new legislation and case law rulings that may affect your business;
- Access to our help-line when required, providing advice to you and your managers;
- Provide training to your managers and staff.
We work with clients on an annual fee basis, or as and when basis, or we can provide our services on an interim basis.
