Roger Silvers is the founder and managing director of H-ELP Systems, established in 2002. Roger holds a MA in European Management & Employment and an LLM in Employment Law; both achieved at the University of Leicester and is a Specialist Member of International Institute for Risk & Safety management (SiiRSM). Since 2012 Roger has also been a course tutor on the LLM Employment law course at the University of Leicester; writing course material, tutoring, dissertation supervisor and lecturing. In addition, he is author of articles for several human resource and employment journals.

Roger has extensive practical experience in business management and employment relations, together with in-depth knowledge of employment law and health & safety. Roger’s prior experience spans over 25 years in UK and International business, during which he was responsible for the establishment, development, management and turnaround of companies and divisions throughout Europe. He has held a number of senior and executive positions in both large and small organisations, including Digital Corporation, British Standards and Intertek testing Services Ltd.
